In an interview last month on CBS’s “Face The Nation”, Bernie Sanders said free college and universal healthcare aren’t radical ideas — they are “human rights.”
What do people not have a right to in Bernie’s mind? Free cars, housing, food, are next. Maybe we should also have free cell phones, super-sized flat screen TVs, and cable subscriptions because, well, why not? They’re free, right?
Someone has to produce what you say people get for “free” but who is going to produce anything for nothing which is what “free” pays.
Nothing is free. If the government is paying for it, you’re paying for it, and everyone would be better off realizing that right now.
