Reno, Nevada Replaces the American Flag With Gay Pride Flag

By on Wednesday, July 29, 2015

Some schmuck in Nevada’s city government decided this weekend to take the American flag down from the Reno City Hall and replace it with an “LGBT flag in honor of a gay pride celebration,” reported The Blaze.
Nobody knows for certain who did it, but Mayor Hillary Schieve was not pleased when she found out and immediately ordered that the American flag be put back up.

“I was alerted tonight that the U.S. flag was not flying over city hall,” the mayor said in a statement released Sunday. “I can most certainly see why people would be offended or upset. I did not order that the American flag be taken down. I have asked that the flag be put back immediately!”
She also graciously took “full responsibility” and highlighted “the importance of the ultimate sacrifice” that our military members make for our country.
“I am very proud to be an American and we should always support our troops and veterans no matter what,” she added.
According to The Daily Caller, the LGBT flag was removed at around 9 pm Sunday evening, after which the mayor released her apology.

However, when the story made its initial appearance on the Facebook page of local news station KTNV early Monday morning, commenters were not pleased:
Can you blame them? We certainly can’t!
